What I Watched During Our Break
A couple of blogs back I asked what I should watch over the break and here are the shows that I choose to give a try.
I first started with Eureka and I love it! I’ve seen every episode and am so excited to see more soon. My favorite character has to be Sherif Carter. He is funny, smart, good lookin’, and brings a laid back atmosphere. I can’t deny it Fargo is my 2nd favorite character though highly intelligent he always seems to get himself into trouble. As far as the other characters on the show I like them as well. They all are well developed and great characters in this show.
Science is the theme and they show how cool science can be. In a society where being pretty or athletic is praised it’s nice to have a show that praises education. Yes, I know alot of the technology is not real, but its fun who wouldn’t want to live in a town as cool as Eureka.
Dr. Who who doesn’t like Dr. Who? Suggested by my Co-Author Michelle my first episode was Rose and from then on I was hooked. Currently I am on episode 13 The Parting Of Ways. I’m not sure how I will feel with Rose and the current Doctor being changed, but I will at least try it.
My favorite episode has to be The End Of The World. First off a talking piece of skin that’s right a talking piece of skin! So awesome!!! My favorite British actress Zoe Wanamaker played that zany character. Any wanting to do plastic surgery needs to watch this before they go under the knife.
Airing tonight on BBC America is The Fades. I am really excited to watch this show. It’s about your average nerdy teenager turn superhero Paul has been given the responsibility to protect earth from the dead. http://www.bbcamerica.com/the-fades/
